1. Business Analyst
Place : Bangalore


The Business Analyst will be responsible for establishing and executing the product management process with the primary focus of launching products for rapid revenue generation within the financial services market. As a member of the product management group at the companies, this person will be responsible for the collection of market requirements, competitive analyses, engagement of specific partners, the development and execution of integration plans and product roadmaps, and the promotion of the the companies’s Financial Services solutions to achieve desired revenue growth. The Product Manager will have day-to-day product management responsibility for New Products and Product Enhancements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Associate
Delivery

§ Author detailed product requirements and develop use case documentation
§ Collect, document, and manage enhancement requests from internal and external sources
§ Working with project team members to collaboratively develop end-to-end process flows and test cases
§ Maintain updated product and system documentation as changes are made along the development cycle
§ Hands-on functional testing and validation of business requirements and system functionality
§ Ensure that all required metrics are collected in time and are of good quality. Time sheets and Bug-triaging are responsibilities across all product groups while those metrics specific to products will be outlined by the GMs and PDMs
§ Regular and timely reporting of status of the projects and assignments including the risks and mitigation plans to the Product manager.
§ Ensure clear understanding of the specifications by Engineering and QE teams and provide the support required for these teams to ensure timely delivery in good quality
§ Provide regular feedback on products and processes to Product manager
§ Review and ensure robust test scenarios and cases in QE
§ Collaborate with User Experience team to ensure usability deliverables coincide with the Functional design time-lines
§ Collaborate with the Technical Publications team to ensure the delivery of all

* Participate in the release planning and scoping processes that determine the product roadmap
* Assist the Product manager in articulating the product roadmap to internal stake-holders.
* Identify and document opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new process
* As part of product planning phase, work with the Product manager to define and describe the ideal / stereotype users that represent the product/feature planned for development


Marketing

§ Assist the Product manager in creating the content for product collaterals such as solution presentations, datasheets, whitepapers and FAQs
§ Assist the Product manager in preparing product demonstrations and demo scripts.
§ Work with the Product manager to disseminate the release scope as well as provide the required support for Client Services and Professional Services teams in the initial months of client launch of newly built functionality

Qualifications and Experience

* 2 to 5 Years of Business Analysis experience within the financial services and or payments industry
* Strong Ability to forge a strong & credible working relationship with Software Engineering, Quality Engineering, Documentation and Implementation organizations.
* Strong planning and analysis skills
* Experience with Agile SDLC methodologies
* Engineering, Math, or Technical Background
* Ability to execute – take action and bring projects to a timely closure

2. Customer Service Engineer
Place : Bangalore

Skill set
• Good written and spoken English
• M.C.A./B.E/B.TECH or B.Sc. (computer science)
• Good knowledge of working on a CRM tool and MS-Excel
• Willing to work in shifts

Responsibilities
• Responsible for Resolution of Client Requests within the agreed client SLAs.
• To liaise with other divisions such as Operations, Product development teams etc. to ensure that customers receive all necessary back up and support.
• To come up with ideas to enhance the product offering. Identify Client concerns and coordinate the Internal teams to ensure client concerns are addressed.
• Responsible for tracking and follow-up on all pending Client requests

3. DBA Engineer
Place : Bangalore
Job responsibilities include:
• Ability to work Independently, self-starter, good team player with strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

• Suggest changes to product architecture based on database features and best practices.

4. Operations Manager
Place : Redwood City, California
• Manage all IT and Operations projects to success and on time completion, working with internal and vendor teams.
• Work with the companies customers on integration projects, SLA reporting and any questions requiring Operations support
• Work with all vendors on procurements, and maintenance agreements for best pricing and support for the companies.
• Develop/update detail process and procedure documents for all Operations functions.
• Manage the change process meetings and work with internal teams on training around the change process.
• Work with internal teams to plan for short and long term key initiatives.
• Suggest new technologies and solutions to improve the Disaster Recovery environment

Minimum Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position should have a combined 7-10 years of experience managing technical IT and Datacenter projects, working with IT Technology vendors and change management processes.

5. Disaster Recovery Engineer
Place : Redwood City, California
• Create detailed documentation and recover plans in support of the business continuity and disaster recovery program
• Work with all customers to create detailed documentation and configuration requirements for their specific disaster recovery site requirements.
• Develop strategic and short-term tactical plans that provide recovery options to meet requirements defined in the disaster recovery program.
• Manage vendors, suppliers and third party relationships in support of the recovery plans
• Work with internal teams to see that the Disaster Recovery environment is maintained at the same patch/release levels as production.
• Create a schedule for periodic recovery testing exercises.

• Disaster Recovery documentation and configuration requirements
• Experience working with Customer on setting up their specific disaster recovery program and configurations

• Experience working with mid-range storage devices such as Netapp, 3Par or Sun storage
• Experience in creating OS images, security hardening and automating the image deployment process

Responsibilities:
Include implementing custom Java solutions based on The companies’s technology by managing a small team of 3 to 4 Engineers. The candidate should have a wide range of experience in the Software Development Lifecycle.
